Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. At Delhi Car Rental, we aim to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation policy for our customers. You can change the date of your booking completely free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure time.
72+ Hours Before
Only a nominal ₹100 Transaction Charge will be deducted from your advance payment. The rest will be fully refunded.
48 to 72 Hours
25% of the total trip amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
24 to 48 Hours
50% of the total trip amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
0 to 24 Hours
100% of the total trip amount will be charged. No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you have any issues with your refund, please contact our support team immediately.
