By booking a cab or utilizing the services provided by Delhi Car Rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Exceptional Circumstances
The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators may be unable to honor confirmed bookings due to various reasons, including but not limited to climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, or operational and technical issues. If we are informed in advance of such situations, we will make our best efforts to provide a similar alternative or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges.
2. Service Modifications & Failures
The user agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failures, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial modification. In such cases, Delhi Car Rental shall refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing such services, minus any applicable cancellation, refund, or other charges. This shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of Delhi Car Rental against such non-provision of services or deficiencies.
3. Liability Limits
Without prejudice to whatever is stated above, the maximum liability on the part of Delhi Car Rental arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered, shall be strictly limited to the refund of the total amount received from the customer for availing the services, less any cancellation, refund, or other charges as may be applicable. In no case shall the liability include any loss, damage, or additional expense whatsoever beyond the amount charged by us for our services.
In no event shall Delhi Car Rental and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our website or related services.
4. Distance Calculation & Pricing
- For any bookings done on our platform, the total travel distance and time will be calculated strictly on a Garage to Garage basis.
- Important Note: The standard prices mentioned on our platform are applicable for travel across India, except for Leh-Ladakh and the Char Dham Yatra, which have special pricing.
